Healthcare Homes are recruiting for an experienced HR Advisor to join their established team, predominantly covering the East Anglia region.
We are looking for a driven and adaptable individual with good knowledge of HR practices and current employment legislation. You will need to work effectively as a part of the HR team and also independently providing advice, guidance and support on all stages of employment related matters, supporting the managers to meet their people management needs and deliver on company objectives.
The successful candidate will be qualified at, or working towards, CIPD level 5 as a minimum, and have a proactive approach to self-development. The ability to analyse a variety of management data and utilise this to make positive changes is required. Previous experience working in a health and social care, or otherwise regulated, environment is preferred but not essential.
Due to the nature of the role you will be required to travel across our network so access to your own transport is essential, occasional overnight stays may also be required.
