Referral Program

1. Eligibility:
   • The CarerConnect referral program is open to all registered healthcare assistants on the CarerConnect platform who have successfully verified their accounts.
2. Referral Link Sharing:
   • Participants in the referral program will receive a unique referral link that they can share with friends, colleagues, and other potential referrals. (Reference link / Email Invitations can be sent from your profile section under the tab of “Email Invites”)
   • The referral link must be used exclusively for personal and non-commercial purposes.
   • Sharing referral links on websites, forums, or social media platforms where it is not permitted is prohibited.
3. Earning Rewards:
   • For each successful referral, where the referred person registers on CarerConnect using the participant’s unique referral link and successfully verifies their account, both the referrer and the referee will earn a £3 Amazon voucher.
   • The Amazon vouchers will be provided electronically to the email address associated with the verified CarerConnect account.
   • There is no limit to the number of referrals a participant can make, and rewards can be earned for each successful referral.
4. Verification Process:
   • To be eligible for rewards, both the referrer and the referee must complete the account verification process.
   • Verification involves providing accurate and verifiable information, including identity verification as required by CarerConnect.
5. Reward Redemption:
   • Participants will receive their earned Amazon vouchers within a reasonable timeframe following the successful verification of the referred person’s account.
   • Amazon vouchers are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash.
   • CarerConnect reserves the right to substitute rewards with a comparable alternative at its discretion.
6. Fraudulent Activity:
   • CarerConnect reserves the right to investigate and void any rewards if fraudulent or dishonest activity is suspected.
   • Participants found to be engaging in fraudulent activity may be disqualified from the referral program and may have their CarerConnect accounts suspended or terminated.
7. Termination and Modification:
   • CarerConnect reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time, without prior notice.
   • The terms and conditions of the referral program are subject to change, and participants are encouraged to regularly review them.
8. Liability:
   • CarerConnect is not responsible for any technical issues, errors, or omissions that may prevent participants from receiving rewards.

By participating in the CarerConnect referral program, participants agree to these terms and conditions. CarerConnect reserves the right to make final decisions regarding the eligibility of participants and the issuance of rewards.
